Ate Jessima and her Nursery Postcard
This product is currently sold out.
Ate Jessima is head of the Yangil Nursery. She teaches her knowledge, shares her resources and grows her nursery with love every day. She explains her mindset comes from the forest. The ecosystem only works well against drought and storm if there are many trees, not just 1. Even the largest forest trees nurse smaller ones and are proven to share resources through their complex root network.
Transformed into digital art by Filipina artist Shannen Carreos. Send a note to a loved one or use as a mini print. Each postcard donates 1 fruit tree or vegetable plant, provides sustainable wages for agricultural labor and provides food security for the Aeta Yangil Village in Zambales, Philippines through our partnership with social tourism enterprise, MAD (Make A Difference).
