Our Aruga shoulder top combines style with comfort with sleeves that can be worn off-shoulder, on shoulder and removed as well. Aruga means to take care & nurture - this piece has passed through the hands of multiple artisans that has provided care & livelihood during this quarantine. We hope it serves as a reminder to take care for yourself too.
Our sleeves feature an Indigenous handwoven textile, known as "Binakol" and is ethically sourced from female artisan weavers from the Mang Abel Ti Abra Community in Ilocos. Through the meticulous technique of weaving, two colors are used to form geometric patterns and these shapes create an optical illusion, that are believed to drive away bad spirits.

- Care Instructions: we recommend washing inside out with cold water or on a delicate cycle. For best results, please use a mild detergent and air dry.
